Logistics & Supply Chain Support
OCONUS warehousing, inventory control, equipment storage, asset accountability, material handling, distribution, and supply coordination are essential for logistics support in deployed units and contingency operations. Experience includes managing government-furnished property and controlled equipment in Southeast Asia, enhancing quality of life services for personnel. JGN operated a warehouse facility in support of DPAA Detachment 2, Vietnam, ensuring effective OCONUS mission support.
Quality of Life (QOL) Services

Design / Build Capabilities
JGN maintains a vetted network of licensed architects, engineers, and construction professionals in Thailand and Vietnam to deliver integrated design/build services, including logistics support for OCONUS mission support. We support projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million, providing a single point of accountability from concept through completion. Our capabilities include site assessments, cost estimation, permitting, construction management, and quality of life services, all executed in accordance with U.S. Government and host-nation standards.
