OCONUS warehousing, inventory control, equipment storage, asset accountability, material handling, distribution, and supply coordination are essential for logistics support in deployed units and contingency operations. Experience includes managing government-furnished property and controlled equipment in Southeast Asia, enhancing quality of life services for personnel. JGN supports DPAA Detachment 2 in Vietnam with warehousing and logistics support.

Provision and coordination of logistics support services that enhance operational sustainability for deployed personnel, including billeting coordination, transportation support, life-support services, and essential operational sustainment requirements for OCONUS mission support. JGN recently provided housekeeping, janitorial, and industrial cleaning services both for the U.S. Navy Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) in Singapore and the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand.

Vehicle leasing coordination, fleet management oversight, maintenance support coordination, registration and base access processing, driver support, and logistics support for rapid-response operational mobility requirements. JGN provided light and heavy vehicle support services for Pacific Partnership in the Philippines, enhancing quality of life services and ensuring effective OCONUS mission support.

JGN maintains a vetted network of licensed architects, engineers, and construction professionals in Thailand and Vietnam to deliver integrated design/build services, including logistics support for OCONUS mission support. We support projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million, providing a single point of accountability from concept through completion. Our capabilities include site assessments, cost estimation, permitting, construction management, and quality of life services, all executed in accordance with U.S. Government and host-nation standards. Jerry Kieffer Jr. joined the company in 2026 and serves as a seasoned executive and U.S. Army Desert Shield/Storm veteran with more than 27 years of experience leading complex global operations, strategic programs, and business initiatives across the defense, government, and commercial sectors. He is recognized for delivering operational excellence, driving organizational growth, and leading high-performing teams in some of the world’s most demanding environments.
Throughout his career, Jerry has held roles with McDermott International, CB&I, Halliburton, and KBR, directing multimillion-dollar programs across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. His expertise spans executive leadership, strategic planning, program and portfolio management, business development, logistics and supply chain operations, process optimization, and the development of enduring partnerships with government agencies, military organizations, and industry partners.
Jerry holds a degree from Northwestern State University and is a practitioner of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, applying its leadership principles to foster accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Known for his strategic vision, operational discipline, and people-first leadership philosophy, Jerry is committed to building resilient organizations, empowering teams, and delivering innovative, mission-focused solutions that create long-term value for customers, stakeholders, and business partners. As Chief Executive Officer, Jerry is responsible for defining JGN’s strategic vision and guiding the company’s continued growth and development. His focus is on identifying new opportunities, expanding JGN’s capabilities and market presence, and building the organizational structure and partnerships necessary to support sustainable long-term growth. Working closely with JGN’s leadership team, Jerry will help position the company for its next stage of development while ensuring that growth remains grounded in operational excellence and JGN’s commitment to delivering the quality of services and products that our U.S. Government customers expect and deserve.

Peter M. Hrtanek serves as President of JGN Company LLC in the United States and Chief Operations Officer of JGN Company Ltd. in Thailand. He brings more than 16 years of international experience in operations, government contracting, logistics, management and business development, with the majority of his career spent working throughout Southeast and Central Asia. His experience combines hands-on operational leadership in challenging overseas environments with the development and management of programs supporting U.S. Government and defense customers.
Prior to joining JGN Thailand in 2018 and establishing JGN Company LLC in the United States in 2023, Peter held positions with RMA Group and Raytheon supporting U.S. Government programs in Asia and Afghanistan. He spent more than two years in Kabul and Kandahar on Raytheon’s Warfighter FOCUS program, where he served as a Site Manager and worked directly with the U.S. military and Afghan National Security Forces in support of training and mission requirements. His earlier international experience included assignments in China, Thailand, Myanmar, the United Kingdom, and Afghanistan, providing him with extensive experience operating across diverse regulatory, cultural, and logistical environments.
Since joining JGN in 2018, Peter has overseen the company’s operations and continued expansion in support of U.S. Government customers throughout the Indo-Pacific region. His responsibilities have included program management, logistics and warehousing, personnel and vendor management, business development, contract execution, and the development of local partnerships and supply networks. He has played a central role in expanding JGN’s capabilities and geographic reach while maintaining the responsive, locally focused operational model on which the company was built.
Hailing from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Peter holds a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University in Ohio and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom. His leadership approach emphasizes practical problem-solving, accountability, and building strong relationships with customers, employees, and local partners. He remains focused on expanding JGN’s ability to deliver reliable, mission-focused support to U.S. Government customers throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
